Kendriya Vidyalaya Barpeta, a civil sector school under the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, was established in 2003 to meet the educational needs of children of transferable Central Government employees in Barpeta, Assam. It began functioning on 1st April 2003 with classes I to V in a temporary building, starting with around 200 students...
